I feel the same way. I've been married for a little over a year...and I totally gained those newlywed pounds!! All 25 of them!!! I'm the same way: for most of my teen/college years, I weighed around 120 and now that I'm like 140 I don't feel like myself. It's difficult. I've tried to keep up with calorie counting, but it gets really hard. One thing I have stuck with (with the exception of the last month bc of moving...ugh) is working out. =) I've lost inches..but no real pounds. So, try not to focus on what the scale says. =)Sarahhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16524398204443659883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8784580421023721298.post-63027573676043922282010-01-07T12:21:46.514-08:002010-01-07T12:21:46.514-08:00At the end of the day love it is YOUR body and YOU...At the end of the day love it is YOUR body and YOU are the one that has to feel good in your own shoes. People, no matter if they are your friends, family, or strangers, should be able to relate to that and understand that we all just want to feel good about ourselves. Do what you need to, lose the weight if you want to and allow yourself to find the body that you want and be happy with it! xx Good luck!katie + brethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11910231468542102436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8784580421023721298.post-81924596521473333672010-01-07T13:54:56.812-08:002010-01-07T13:54:56.812-08:00Happy New Year!Nothing wrong with wanting to lose ...Happy New Year!

Nothing wrong with wanting to lose a little weight so you feel good about yourself!
